Dr. Parcells is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in Joint Reconstruction and Preservation in central New Jersey, USA. He is a partner with Seaview Orthopedics. Undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, received a medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha the national honors medical society, orthopedic training at Rugters - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and fellowship training for hip arthroscopy and direct anterior approach for total hip replacement surgery in Bern, Switzerland. He is author of multiple book chapters and peer reviewed journal articles on joint replacement surgery.
He enjoys mountaineering, camping, and spending time with his family.
